The Heritage project creates a valuable resource for our local area of Highbury. Topics include: the architecture and heritage of Christ Church, St John and St Saviour, Highbury names, places and maps, Highbury people, leisure and entertainment in Highbury, remembrance and the legacy of war, and community and schools in Highbury.
The proposal for the Highbury Heritage visitor centre in the church received overwhelming support during our public engagement meeting in January 2015 at which representatives of the local community also gave us helpful information and suggestions.
Thanks are due to those who completed our online survey on the proposed Highbury Heritage project. The results are available here.
